Shipping &
Delivery Policy

This policy explains how TEVR processes, dispatches and delivers orders placed through our official website.

LAST UPDATED — SEPTEMBER 2026

We aim to dispatch every TEVR order carefully and deliver it through reliable logistics partners while keeping customers informed throughout the delivery process.

01

Overview

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to eligible orders placed through the official TEVR website.

Shipping availability, delivery time and applicable charges may depend on the delivery location, product availability, logistics serviceability and other operational factors.

02

Order Processing

After successful order confirmation, the order is processed for verification, packing and dispatch.

Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weekends, public holidays or operational circumstances.

An order should not be considered dispatched until shipment or tracking information has been generated or communicated.

03

Shipping Coverage

TEVR may deliver to serviceable locations within India through third-party courier and logistics partners.

Delivery availability is subject to the serviceability of the customer's postal code and the availability of suitable logistics services at the time of order processing.

We may be unable to deliver to certain remote, restricted or temporarily unserviceable locations.

04

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines shown during checkout, order confirmation or tracking are indicative and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.

Actual delivery time may vary according to destination, courier service, weather, transportation conditions, public holidays, regulatory restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

05

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping or delivery charges, if any, will normally be displayed during checkout before the customer completes the order.

Shipping charges may vary according to order value, delivery location, weight, package dimensions, promotional offers or other applicable conditions.

Any free-shipping offer may be subject to specific eligibility conditions and may be withdrawn or modified where permitted.

06

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers may receive a shipment tracking number or tracking link after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information is generally provided by the logistics partner and may take some time to become active after shipment creation.

07

Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, postal code, recipient name and reachable telephone number while placing an order.

TEVR may not be responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address information supplied by the customer.

08

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery according to their operational procedures.

The recipient should remain reasonably reachable using the contact information provided with the order.

If delivery repeatedly fails due to customer unavailability, an incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel or another customer-related reason, the shipment may be returned to TEVR.

09

Delayed Delivery

Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of weather, transport disruption, courier delays, high seasonal demand, strikes, government restrictions, natural events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where practical, TEVR may assist customers in following up with the relevant logistics provider regarding significantly delayed shipments.

10

Damaged or Tampered Package

Customers are encouraged to inspect the outer package at the time of delivery.

If a parcel appears materially damaged, opened or tampered with, the customer should document the condition through clear photos or video where possible and contact TEVR promptly.

Claims involving damaged, defective, missing or incorrect products will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

11

Lost Shipment

If tracking indicates an unusual delay or the shipment appears to be lost in transit, customers may contact TEVR for assistance.

We may coordinate with the logistics provider to investigate the shipment before determining an appropriate resolution.

Any replacement or refund, where applicable, may be processed after reasonable verification of the shipment status.

12

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is refused by the recipient or becomes undeliverable due to information or circumstances attributable to the customer, it may be returned to TEVR.

Any refund eligibility for such an order may be subject to verification of the returned product and any applicable deductions permitted under our policies or applicable law.

13

Order or Address Modification

Requests to change an order or delivery address should be submitted as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, modification may not be possible.

TEVR does not guarantee that a modification request can be completed after an order has been confirmed.

14

Online Payment Orders

Orders placed through TEVR are subject to successful payment authorization through the available online payment methods.

An order may remain pending, fail or be cancelled where payment authorization is not successfully completed or verified.

Payment disputes, failed payments or duplicate transactions will be handled in accordance with our applicable payment and refund procedures.

15

Returns After Delivery

Shipping and delivery completion does not automatically determine whether a product is eligible for return, exchange or refund.

All requests made after delivery are subject to the eligibility conditions, exclusions, inspection requirements and procedures stated in the TEVR Return & Refund Policy.

Return &
Refund Policy

We want every TEVR purchase to reach you as expected. This policy explains our return, exchange, cancellation and refund process.

LAST UPDATED — SEPTEMBER 2026

Returns should be simple and transparent. Eligibility depends on the product condition, reason for return and the applicable return window stated by TEVR.

01

Policy Overview

This Return & Refund Policy applies to eligible products purchased directly through the official TEVR website.

Return, exchange and refund eligibility may depend on the type of product, condition of the product, reason for the request and any product-specific conditions communicated at the time of purchase.

02

Return Eligibility

An eligible return request must be submitted within the return period communicated on the product page, order information or applicable policy at the time of purchase.

The product must ordinarily remain unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition unless the return is being made because the product was received damaged, defective or incorrect.

Proof of purchase or the relevant TEVR order details may be required to process a return.

03

Return Conditions

Products should be returned with original brand tags, labels, accessories and packaging where reasonably applicable.

A product may not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return if it has been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery or otherwise used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

TEVR may inspect a returned product before approving a refund or exchange.

04

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may be marked as non-returnable where permitted by applicable law, including products subject to hygiene, health, personalization or similar restrictions.

Where a product is non-returnable for a particular reason, we aim to communicate that restriction through the product information or applicable offer terms.

This does not limit rights that customers may have under applicable law in relation to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

05

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, materially different from the ordered product or an incorrect item, please contact TEVR as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

We may request clear photographs, video, packaging information, product labels or other reasonable evidence to verify the issue and assist with resolution.

After verification, an eligible case may be resolved through replacement, exchange, refund or another appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

06

Size & Exchange

Where exchange is available, customers may request another eligible size or variation within the applicable exchange period.

Exchanges remain subject to product availability. If the requested replacement size or variation is unavailable, another available resolution may be offered.

Products submitted for size exchange should satisfy the applicable return-condition requirements.

07

How to Request a Return

Customers should initiate an eligible return or exchange through the return facility made available on the website, customer account or by contacting TEVR Customer Care.

Please provide the order number, product details, reason for the request and any supporting information reasonably requested.

Do not send a product to an address without following the return instructions provided for the relevant request.

08

Return Inspection

Returned products may undergo a quality and condition inspection after receipt.

The inspection may verify product identity, tags, condition, signs of use, damage and whether the returned item corresponds with the approved return request.

If a returned product does not satisfy the applicable return conditions, we may decline the requested refund or exchange where permitted by law.

09

Refunds

Once an eligible refund is approved, Tarze Gen will initiate the refund using the applicable payment or refund method.

Where technically and commercially possible, refunds for prepaid orders may be returned to the original payment method.

After a refund is initiated, the time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment service provider.

10

Shipping & Return Charges

The treatment of original delivery charges and return-shipping charges may depend on the reason for the return and the applicable offer or policy.

Where a verified return results from a wrong, damaged or defective product supplied to the customer, applicable return logistics will be handled in accordance with TEVR's applicable process and consumer law.

Charges relating to other eligible returns or exchanges, if any, should be communicated before the return is completed.

11

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order reaches a stage at which cancellation can no longer reasonably be processed.

Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available and the applicable return process may instead apply.

If TEVR cancels a prepaid order after successful payment, the applicable paid amount will be processed for refund.

12

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment appears to have been deducted but the order was not successfully confirmed, payment reconciliation may be required with the applicable payment provider or bank.

Where TEVR confirms that a duplicate payment has been successfully received for the same transaction, the excess amount will be handled through the applicable refund process.

13

Promotional & Discounted Orders

Refund calculations for products purchased using coupons, promotional discounts, bundle offers or other benefits may reflect the actual amount paid for the returned product.

Promotional benefits may be adjusted where the return causes the remaining order to no longer satisfy the original promotion conditions.

14

Misuse of Return Facility

TEVR may investigate unusual or excessive return activity, fraudulent claims, product substitution, deliberate damage or other misuse of the return facility.

Where reasonably supported by evidence and permitted by applicable law, we may restrict return privileges or take appropriate action to protect the business and genuine customers.

15

Consumer Rights

This policy is intended to operate in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection requirements.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict a statutory consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

07

Shipping & Delivery

Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be communicated through the website or checkout process.

08

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests are subject to the status of the order and our applicable cancellation policy.

Once an order has entered processing, dispatch or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible. Where cancellation is accepted after payment, the refund will be processed using the applicable refund method.

09

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy published on the TEVR website and applicable consumer law.

Products may be required to be returned in unused condition with original tags, packaging and accessories, except where the nature of a defect or applicable law requires otherwise.

Certain products may be non-returnable where permitted by law for hygiene, personalization or other stated reasons. Any such restriction should be disclosed with the relevant product or policy information.

Such third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Their independent services may experience interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
