Where technically and commercially possible, refunds for prepaid orders may be returned to the original payment method.

After a refund is initiated, the time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment service provider.

Shipping & Return Charges

The treatment of original delivery charges and return-shipping charges may depend on the reason for the return and the applicable offer or policy.

Where a verified return results from a wrong, damaged or defective product supplied to the customer, applicable return logistics will be handled in accordance with TEVR's applicable process and consumer law.
